First, about me: I am a middle aged gay man who struggles with several diagnosed mental health disorders, including Major Depressive Disorder, Major Anxiety Disorder, Complex PTSD, and Borderline Personality Disorder.
Second, about this space: I developed this space as an outlet for all things that go on in my head. It is a space for me and a space for others who may be interested or who may be going through some of the same struggles and/or emotions. It’s a space of brutal honesty.
